Kinetic Therapy

Movement is Medicine.

At Kinetic Therapy, we believe in restoring the body’s natural ability to move, heal, and perform through evidence-based, hands-on care.

Our approach focuses on finding the root cause of your pain — not just treating the symptoms — so you can move freely, live pain-free, and feel empowered in your recovery.

🩺 Initial Consultation & Comprehensive Assessment

Find the root cause — not just the symptoms.

Duration: 45 minutes

Price: £65

Your first session begins with an in-depth consultation and full-body movement assessment.

We take time to understand your medical history, lifestyle, and daily habits to uncover the underlying cause of your pain or dysfunction. From there, we design a personalized treatment plan to help you move better and recover naturally.

💪 Rehabilitation Sessions

Recover stronger — one movement at a time.

Duration: 30–40 minutes

Price: £60

Our rehabilitation sessions are structured, goal-oriented treatments that guide you through each phase of recovery.

Combining manual therapy, corrective exercise, and functional retraining, these sessions help you restore mobility, build strength, and regain confidence — whether you’re recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic pain.

Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (COMPEX)

Activate. Recover. Reconnect.

Using the advanced COMPEX NMES system, we apply targeted electrical stimulation to activate specific muscles.

This enhances muscle strength, circulation, and recovery, making it an effective tool for rehabilitation, pain relief, and performance optimization.

Manual therapy is a hands-on treatment used by therapists, to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. It includes techniques such as joint mobilization, manipulation, soft-tissue massage, stretching, cupping, and myofascial release.

The Therapist uses their hands to gently move joints, relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and decrease tension. Manual therapy is often combined with exercise and movement training to achieve longer-lasting results.

Release tension. Improve circulation. Promote healing.

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tightness, and promote tissue repair.

It’s a natural, restorative treatment that supports recovery and enhances mobility.

Restore flexibility and functional movement.

Our guided stretching sessions combine static, dynamic, and assisted techniques to release tension and improve joint range of motion.

Perfect for improving posture, movement efficiency, and overall performance.

Hands-on treatment for lasting relief.

Through focused manual therapy techniques, we target tight muscles, adhesions, and restrictions.

This helps relieve pain, enhance mobility, and restore natural movement patterns.
